若您的姓名、护照号等关键信息发生变更,请务必于变更发生之日起10日内,按以下步骤完成相应手续办理。逾期未办理的,将面临相应处罚。
一、办理流程
(一)更新住宿登记信息。领取新护照后,须在24小时内自行前往辖区派出所办理住宿登记信息更新手续。
(二)变更银行账户信息。自行前往发卡银行的任意营业网点柜台,办理银行账户信息变更手续。
(三)办理税务局并档手续。自行前往税务局办理并档手续(具体办理方式详见附件1)。
(四)完成校内备案手续。填写《海南大学外籍教师信息变更备案表》(表格详见附件2),并严格按照表格要求完成逐级审批与备案。
(五)提交材料至指定邮箱。将以下材料的扫描件整理齐全后,发送至指定邮箱:

*当前签证页或居留许可页扫描件
*最近一次入境章页面扫描件
*工作许可证扫描件
*更新后的住宿登记凭证扫描件
*合同扫描件

(六)国际合作交流处报批。国际合作交流处收到材料并审核通过后,正式发起信息变更相关手续。
(七)外专局审批。外专局对申报材料进行审核审批,审批通过后,将在线更新工作许可中的相关信息。
(八)领取居留许可变更公函。国际合作交流处根据外专局审批结果,出具办理居留许可变更的公函,并及时通知申请人前来领取。
(九)更新居留许可信息。申请人持领取的公函及相关证明材料,前往出入境管理局办理居留许可信息更新手续。
特别提醒:申请人须于变更发生之日起10日内,向许可决定机构提交工作许可及居留许可的信息变更申请,确保手续合规办理。

If your name, passport number or other information changes, please complete the following procedures within 10 days from the date of the change. Those who fail to handle it within the prescribed time limit will face corresponding penalties.
I. Application Process
(1)Update accommodation registration information. After receiving the new passport, you need to go to the local police station within 24 hours to update your accommodation registration information by yourself.
(2) Change bank account information. Please go to any counter of the card-issuing bank by yourself to handle the procedures for changing your bank account information.
(3) Procedures for updating tax information. Go to the tax bureau by yourself to handle the information change procedures (you can refer to Attachment 1 for more processing guidelines).
(4) Complete the procedures within Hainan University. Fill in the "Form for Information Change" (please refer to Attachment 2), and complete the approval one by one according to the content requirements in the form.
(5) Submit the materials to the designated email address. Please email the scanned copies of the following materials to the designated email address

(6) The Office of International Affairs submits the application. After receiving the materials, the Office of International Affairs initiates the procedures for information change.
(7) Approval by the Foreign Experts Bureau. The Foreign Experts Bureau will review and approve the application materials. After approval, the relevant information in the work permit will be updated online.
(8) Obtain the official letter for the change of residence permit. The Office of International Affairs will issue a letter for the change of residence permit based and promptly notify the applicant to come and collect it.
(9) Update the information on residence permits. The applicant, with the received letter and relevant materials, shall go to the Exit-Entry Administration Bureau to handle the renewal procedures for the residence permit.
Special reminder: Applicants must complete the information change procedures for their work permit and residence permit within 10 days from the date of the change.
