若您与我校提前终止或解除聘用合同，请务必于该事项发生之日起10个工作日内，按以下流程办理相关注销手续：
一、办理流程
1.开具《劳动关系解除证明》：申请人需先前往人事处，办理并领取《劳动关系解除证明》。
2.提交材料扫描件：将《劳动关系解除证明》的扫描件发送至shenjie@hainanu.edu.cn，《劳动关系解除证明》需申请人在证明空白处亲笔签名。
3.申请工作许可注销：国际合作交流处提交来华工作许可的注销申请。
4.现场办理相关手续：申请人需自行前往海口市民游客中心，开具工作许可注销证明；同时，在此处完成居留许可的注销。
注：居留许可注销后，您可自行向出入境管理部门申请最长不超过30天的停留签证（T签证）。在停留签证有效期内，您可自行联系新的聘用单位，或在签证到期前离境。
温馨提示：根据相关法律法规要求，外国人与原聘用单位终止劳动关系后，必须依法办理来华工作许可及居留许可的注销手续，请务必按时办理。

If you terminate your contract with HNU, please follow the procedures below to complete the relevant cancellation formalities within 10 working days from the date of your resignation:
I. Application Process
1. Obtain a resignation certificate: The applicant should first go to the HR Office to obtain a resignation certificate.
2. Submit the Material: Send a scanned copy of the resignation certificate to shenjie@hainanu.edu.cn. The applicant is required to sign on the blank space of the resignation certificate.
3. Application for cancellation of work permit: The Office of International Affairs submits an application for cancellation of the work permit.
4. Head to the government service center: The applicant need to go to the Haikou Citizen and Tourist Center to obtain a work permit cancellation certificate. Then, go through the cancellation procedures for the residence permit.
Note: After your residence permit is cancelled, you can apply to the Exit and Entry Administration department for a stay visa (T visa) of no more than 30 days. During the validity period of your stay visa, you can contact a new employer on your own or leave the country before the visa expires.
Warm reminder: According to relevant laws and regulations, after foreigners terminate their labor contracts with their employers, they must go through the cancellation procedures for their work permits and residence permits. Please make sure to complete the procedures on time.
