若您的姓名、护照号等事项发生变更时，应当自变更事项发生之日起10日内，按下述步骤办理相应手续：

1、住宿登记信息更新：在收到新护照的24小时之内，自行前往辖区派出所办理住宿登记更新；

2、银行账户信息变更：请自行前往发卡银行的任一网点柜台办理信息变更手续；

3、税务局并档手续：请自行前往税务局办理并档手续（办理方式详见附件1）；

4、校内备案：填妥《海南大学海外教师信息变更备案表》（详见附件2），根据表格中的要求逐一审批备案；

5、工作许可及居留许可信息更新：在审批完成后，应当自变更事项发生之日起10日内向许可决定机构提出工作许可及居留许可信息变更申请，否则将面临处罚。

If your name and passport number are changed, you shall follow the steps below within 10 days from the date of your information change:

1、go through the registration formalities with the police stations in the places of residence within 24 hours of receiving your new passport on your own;

2、visit the issuing bank (choose any branch at your convenience) to update information on your own;

3、visit Tax Bureau to update information on your own (the procedure please find the attachment 1);

4、fill the FORM FOR INFORMATION CHANGE OF OVERSEAS TEACHERS (download from the attachment 2), and go through the formalities;

5、apply to the decisive departments for the information changes of work permit and residence permit within 10 days from the date of your information change. Otherwise you will face penalties in accordance with the regulations.
